Ordering Information:
- Most Internet orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.
- Please note, orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).
- Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
- Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
- Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping and handling charges. You will be notified of additional shipping and handling charges prior to final processing and shipping. You will have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges.
- Orders are shipped via USPS or FEDEX. A physical address is required for shipment. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.
Expected Delivery Dates:
- All delivery dates are determined by the Shipping Service, in this case USPS and FEDEX. Please visit their websites for information regarding delivery schedules.
Please Note The Following:
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
- All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US$.
- Your order will leave our store in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the shipper. If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper immediately to make a claim.
Returns, Exchanges, and Backorders
Returns and Exchanges:
- Most items may be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days after shipping.
- Items must be new, unused, and in original package.
- Items must include original receipt, invoice or packing slip.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All returns will incur a 25% restocking fee unless the reason for the return is the product is defective.
- Please contact us at (954) 972-5864 if you have any questions about our return policies or if you are unsure whether your item is returnable or if a restocking fee will apply.
- Defective items are subject to our inspection before a refund or exchange is approved. Defective items will be exchanged only for the same item.
Return Authorization
All returns require a return authorization from us. Before you return an item to us please send us an email stating your reason for a return. We will email you a return shipping label for you to affix to the original box that your order came in. You will then take the box to your nearest USPS or FEDEX Store (depending on the type of label we send) and they will send it to us. If you do not live near a USPS or FEDEX Store, then please call USPS or FEDEX and request a pick-up and they will send it to us. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Back Orders
- At this time we do not back order any items for any reason.
